Refund policy

 

By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms & conditions. All sales are final.

No returns/refunds/cancellation/exchange.

If your purchase is paid and confirmed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We allow exchange only if all the following conditions are met:

  • Local Singapore orders
  • Size exchange for the same product or item
  • Product has to be in original condition received (new, unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered, with packaging and tags in good condition)
  • Exchange to be done within 3 days from the date the product is delivered
  • Missing items
  • Defective items

All return requests are to be submitted to us and the requests will be reviewed, subjected to our approval. 

Kindly email to ask.vestir@gmail.com with the order number. Any exchange requested after the time frame (of 1 day from delivered date) will not be accepted. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange (if applicable).

You can choose to mail back the item or exchange at the location instructed by us directly. The return address will be provided after your exchange request has been approved. All postage fees will be borne by buyer, tracking number will be required when returning the product to prevent any loss of items and we will not be liable for any lost mail if the parcel is returned via non-trackable shipping.

We reserve the rights to reject any exchange if any of the conditions are not met and any final decision lies in the management of Véstir.

All return requests are to be submitted to our customer service and the requests will be reviewed by Véstir, subjected to approval.
