How do I know which product is ready-stock or pre-order?
We'll indicate if product status is pre-order (PO) or ready-stock (RS).
For pre-order product, how long is the waiting time?
Waiting time will be indicated under product's description. Usually will takes up to 14 working days, and we will keep you updated with the order status.
Where is the online store based?
We are based in Singapore and all items are shipped from Singapore.
What currency does the store use?
All prices are in Singapore dollars.
Which size should I buy?
We've provide measurements of each design for reference and strongly encourage all customers to check the measurements of each item and choose accordingly.
I've received the wrong item. Can I get an exchange for the correct size?
We will send you photos of your purchased items to ensure all items sent are as ordered. If your item was sent wrongly, contact us immediately (provide us with the photos together with your order number) and we will advise you the procedure on doing an exchange. You may contact us via email/website.
